Synopsis:
Film ini bercerita tentang dua orang sahabat, Natasha (Editha) dan Mina (Luna Maya) yang mengalami kecelakaan mobil sehingga harus dirawat inap di sebuah rumah sakit terdekat. Karena bangsal-bangsal yang ada di rumah sakit tersebut telah penuh, maka dokter Azis, tanpa mengindahkan teguran dari seorang dokter senior, menempatkan mereka di sebuah bangsal yang telah lama tidak difungsikan selama 20 tahun, yaitu bangsal 13. Dari obrolan para suster,dapat diketahui bahwa ada sebuah mitos berkaitan dengan bangsal tersebut. Mitos itulah yang menjadi alasan mengapa bangsal tersebut selama ini digembok dan disegel.

Selama berada di dalam bangsal 13, Natasha dan Mina mengalami kejadian-kejadian aneh yang terjadi sesudah Natasha mencoba membuka sebuah pintu kecil di lantai yang terus mengeluarkan suara ketukan dari dalam. Keadaan bertambah menegangkan sesudah Mina melakukan suatu hal yang menjadi pantangan, yaitu mengetuk pintu dari dalam ruangan. Kejadian-kejadian aneh juga mulai terjadi pada pacarnya Natasha, ketika ia melakukan pantangan yang sama saat sedang berada di rumah bersama pasangan selingkuhannya. Dengan petunjuk dari seorang suster misterius, suster Frida, maka mereka berdua berusaha untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini.

Setelah kamar ini dibuka kembali, hantu Lastri menjelma sebagai suster ngesot, keluar untuk membalas dendam kepada dokter Herman dan orang-orang dia asrama yang melakukan perselingkuhan

Vira yang selalu mendapat firasat jika akan terjadi pembunuhan, mencoba memberitahu Silla dan Mike, namun mereka tidak peduli. Bahkan, Mike dan Silla diam-diam menjalin cinta. Perselingkuhan terjadi. Hingga suatu saat Vira mendapat tanda bahwa korban berikutnya adalah Mike. Saat suster ngesot mulai menyerang Silla, Silla mengakui kesalahannya kepada Vira, namun suster ngesot tetap mengejarnya. Synopsis:

For the next eleven years, Karen Cook lived in fear that one day Basement Jack would be released.Then, a court hearing in 2006 found that Jack Riley had not received a fair trial and he was released from a state institution. A year later, murders baring a shocking resemblance to Basement Jacks old MO were occurring around the town of Downers Grove. Karen Cook soon realized that the maniac was hunting her and that the only option left to her was to find Jack and kill him. So the hunt began. And on a stormy night, in the town of Downers Grove, the killer and his prey would find one another and as they hunt one another the citizens would have to fight to survive the blade of Basement Jack.
